Barbers

I've been on the naughty step for the day - a speed awareness course, blimey it was dull, made worse by the 'sense of humour' by the presenter. He did try, and I don't envy him the job. 

Thankfully, I got a good run in before the course and a nice afternoon afterwards.  The barbers with the boys, homework and parents evening, so it hasn't all been bad.  Hard not to feel down given world events. 

Today I'm grateful for: 
Progress made by the eldest, he is working so hard
A good run, it's always such a tonic 
The youngest falling asleep with his hobby horse
