The Egret Exception Applies......

Though he surprised me which meant that my shutter speed was not quite  as fast as I would have liked, this is a decent shot of the Great Egret as he was taking off from the creek, so he had to be my blip today, according to the Egret Exception to the Heron Rule.  I also got shots of a Hawk in flight, a Woodpecker which must have a nest in the tree it was in and two Egrets in flight that I am hoping will be making baby Egrets. I have put all of those in the extras.  I have tagged my main blip for both Wide Wednesday and Wild Wednesday, so thanks to jensphotos and Cailleach for hosting........
