Soundtrack of Your Life

In geography, I like to get students to "feel" their learning. After talking with them about the hearth of America's Music, I have students create the soundtrack of their life. Come up with 15 songs that tell your life story. They have to write why these songs made it to their soundtrack. I've cried and laughed and cried again reading their stories. It's a fun project.
