Fritillary Triptych

There’s not been much opportunity for photography today, so when we leave Marks and Spencer’s having completed our self-catering food shopping, these flowers  catch my eye. I love Snakeshead Fritillary, but have never managed to grow them successfully, so a few quick iPhone shots are definitely called for.

A spirited performance from Wales this evening - great rugby, but we just need to score some tries! And let’s face it, sport fades into insignificance against events elsewhere …. such heartbreaking scenes from Ukraine. 

Interesting reactions to yesterday’s quote from Aaron Burr. I’m pleased that many of you identify with the ‘leave it until the last minute’ philosophy, but as someone who’s often worked through the night to meet deadlines, I’d certainly concur that delaying tactics come with considerable stress!
