Storm damage

We went to Tatton Park this afternoon. The estate is huge so there’s always scope to vary our walking route. The park has many very old trees and, as part of environmental conservation management, trees that fall more often than not are left in situ. Today, it was clear there was much more dead wood than usual - the consequences of the storms we have had recently.
