Gulp.......A Swallow!!

Yes, we know that one swallow doth not a summer make, but today, for the first time this year, there were dozens of them and sand martins too!

Trying to capture them is a different matter of course, with fading light and super-fast speeds of birds on the wing, nothing slower than 1/800th second would suffice without getting too grainy with a higher ISO.

I have bought and used some contact cleaner and thought I had cured my problem with this lens, but after 100 or so shots, it re-appeared. Harumph....
