T-Wood and Caerketton Craigs
A damp start to the morning. There are some very dark clouds over the Pentland Hills. There is rain on the Metoffice Rain Radar webpage, it is shows it fizzles out nearer the coast. So a coastal bike ride this morning. the better weather means there are lots of walkers, dog walkers and cyclists out. I initially decide to head to Musselburgh, but it doesn't take long to get there, so I opt to head east until I get to a point just after 11am where it is convenient to turn around and head home. I get to Aberlady, and do the Luffness loop to head home. As I am now in training for a couple of events in April and May, I do try to ride harder than usual. That's until I get to the cycle path at Shawfair, where I can start to warm down. The problem is, the breeze is quite strong and it is warmer than I expected it to so, so am a bit overdressed. So I am pleased to get home and have a shower. The ride can be seen at Relive here.
No lunchtime rain showers today. A nice walk to Swanston and the blip s taken just above the village. This time the route is the higher loop, nearer the T-Wood, And extra shows an old tree near that path. East Lothian is very sunny, and not too hazy. However, looking west, no views of the Trossachs. Dumyat hill near Stirling is the furthest west I can see, so I assume there is quite a bit if rain there.
No no nearer finding a new tv. The 19inch is doing ok at the moment. However it is very basic and it doesn't have a tv guide.
