Oops!

Oops missed a couple of days!
The folks have been flat out.

The Silverback wants to be able to play his new bass as part of an end of month gig and has been locked away in the art room practicing. Meanwhile there’s a laundry/ bathroom and walk in robe renovation planned, so a stack of flat packs and plumbing things have been accumulating in the lounge room over the past couple of days. The place is starting to look like a warehouse!

I did manage to get the folks down the beach for a dawn walk this morning. Sunrise was lovely. The sea is still a bit foamy after the rain and even more sand has disappeared. Some of the underlying rocks are starting to show!

The surfers recon the waves are a better shape with less sand over the rocks, so they’re all getting excited.

Note to self: ‘try and be more vigilant re reminding the folks to take photos!’
