Courgette, herb and garlic tarte

It was ok - recipe out of Mag's Women and Home magazine. Was a bit bland, but you are meant to leave it overnight to chill......but we needed to eat tonight! Some left, so I'll chill it as per recipe and try it again tomorrow..

Bit of a dreich day today so walked MP in Pollok Park, had a Starbucks in Silverburn, a skoosh of perfume in Debenhams, then watched the Hairy Bikers and Borgen. Oh we know how to live!

Ok - answer to the food quiz ......... not space invaders, not dieters' shortbread ...... but lotus root.
