This is the view from my seat at the hospital. Mum was so tired today she went back to bed after lunch . She didn’t want any food apart from the small pieces of melon I had brought her. Refreshing and juicy. Maureen gave mum some lovely Neal’s yard hand cream - it’s rose scented.
Afterwards I went to Aldi for some shopping. Determined to eat a bit better. I have no interest in cooking at the moment .
I went back to see Mum in the evening after teaching my yoga class. My sister arrived which was nice . We had a good chat while mum slept.
I had a Zoom meeting with 2 of the lovely yoga teachers who have volunteered to teach at the yoga event for Ukraine this Saturday.
I’m going to host a short Kirtan and play my Harmonium. So I will need to get practicing !
We have £440 raised already for MOOL . So that’s fantastic.
