Grandad and Grandson

North York Moors Holiday- Day 8

Harrogate parkrun. I ran with a friend (one who I'd never met before but felt I knew very well!) and got a pb, Cameron ran with his grandad (who does smile occasionally- just occasionally) and my mum ran on her own getting herself a faster time than she expected.
It was a good course and a good pber- partly because it's fairly flat and I think the 3 laps makes pacing easier- but I think I'd get bored of it if it was my regular one. Cameron said ours is more exciting because of the mud.

After parkrun it was back to the hotel for a quick shower before hitting the M1 to get down to High Wycome to see Broncos v Bradford at another enforced on the road game after Harlequins kicked us off their pitch.
