Gent - Day 2

Up early and down for a nice hotel breakfast and chat with Spanish colleague - took him on a quick circuit of the city centre as he hadn't been to the city before but I know it well. Out on tram to the University for a day-long meeting. Back to the hotel and then a wander before a meal at a rather posh restaurant. It specialised in steak and there was a case of knives which customers could buy and have kept there to be given when they ordered a meal... Out for a late beer.
