2022 Monday — Growing thru Grief

This was a fabulous “livestream” by Kay Warren, whose son committed suicide several years ago, and Jerry Sittzer, who lost his mom, his wife, and one of his daughters in an auto accident 30 years ago and has written several books. Kay is the wife of Rick Warren, pastor of Saddleback Church in Southern California and Rick spoke at President Obama’s inauguration.

I have never experienced the death of a spouse or a child, but my mom’s death 30+ years ago was an overwhelming trailmarker on my life.

This presentation, like many “talking head” programs, starts slow, but oh, it was so very meaningful to watch and listen to. Here’s the link:
