big waves at the San Clemente pier

Today we drove 25 miles up the coast to meet a friend for lunch. While we were waiting for him at the restaurant on the pier, we were treated to some beautiful surfing.
The top shot shows how bigs the waves were. 
Middle shot is shredding the water to the surfer's left.
Bottom shot is shredding the water to the surfer's right.
