not an extrovert

Dressed like a professional, went to the city, entered a building with all closed windows and doors and half of the humans without masks. Two hours in began being tired of human contact. Three hours in went for a walk and found a floor without people on it. Three and half hours went to that floor and responded to emails. I am no longer an extrovert. I do this again tomorrow and Friday. 

Meanwhile, the pest guy came to the house. Karen asked if he was vaccinated. He wasn't. She denied him entry. They'll send someone else on Monday and have him bring his vaccination card. 

Based on the experience of Western Europe and studies of wastewater, we're going to have another wave in the US. The new cousin of Omicron is more transmissible and all over Europe and the UK. 

But we're tired of it. And we think it will just be a bad flu. And we don't know that it often causes long-term cardiovascular damage and ages the brain by years.

In Kyrgyzstan a member of parliament called on the government to create jobs and set up temporary housing for the IT experts coming from Russia. 200,000 Russians fled the country in the first 10 days of the invasion to any country that would take them visa-free. These are folks abandoning homes, cars, nice jobs, and savings.
