The Conker

Last visited the Ideal Home exhibition around 30 years ago but we got comp tickets from a double glazing company so thought, why not?

It was busy with lots of trade stands and not much else! We liked these Conker pods which apparently are being bought by budding Airbnb hosts? Quite a good idea for home working but at around £30k for a pod, that’s a big investment.

The tube line from Olympia was closed with a replacement bus service so we walked back in the rain rather than wait. Strange area of London that I’m not familiar with. I wonder if it will be another 30 years till we go again?

Home to debate washing the cars covered in red dust? However OH had a headache so will wait for the morning.
