It was a lovely day and Lizzie chose to sit on the porch and wait for The Handsome Neighbor, catch a bird or enjoy the sun.  The Handsome Neighbor never showed up and she's no longer quick enough to catch a bird but she seemed to enjoy being outside for a little while.  I don't know if that qualifies as "outside" since she's actually only inches out of the apartment but as long as she's happy who cares.
