Sunny Afternoon

After a long winter break, my friend Isa and I have continued our tradition of going for walks on some Friday afternoons. Today, we met near the village of Dörsdorf in the Taunus hills (its church is in the extra) for a walk in the open fields and along a little stream.

It was lovely to chat with Isa and enjoy the sun. 
The springtime feeling was only slightly marred by the not-so-fresh air, thanks to farmers, who had spread so much liquid manure on some of the fields that we had to walk past (and sometimes across) huge brown puddles.
