Grey Heron

I went up to the loch about 8:30 this morning and the young one flew down from the dovecote to the grass. She is understandably ill at ease on the grass so after a couple of bits of fish she flew over to the drainage area of the loch and watched to see I was following. When I arrived she ate the rest of her fish then flew off to the wooded area..
