Grey Heron

Another quiet day at the loch. This is often the case at the weekend. This is the first time I have really felt a heron was the young one returned. I could be wrong but she just looks right. She flew straight out of the water and over to me. I don't think I will ever be 100% certain but this is certainly the closest. The young male and the young female were also there. The young male looks redder about the beak than before (see extra) and was displaying courting behaviour but he is way too young!
