Had the best Saturday morning riding out with Eva. Just the two of us. We normally have Mike with us for back up but we were feeling brave today! Jack still managed to hack n snack despite the addition of a daisy rein but Eva sorted him. Made me so happy for us to finally be at the point we can ride out together. 

BG and the Gov up for the weekend. Mike put them straight to work stacking logs, then we had a walk in Swithland followed by coffee and cakes before going to the yard again to put the boys to bed. Nell now got a doggy Fitbit/tracker. Interesting to compare her step count with ours! 

Contented evening in front of the fire with homemade steak pie.
