Early to Rise...

... is well worth it if it means being able to "sit in" via Zoom on an interesting program  presented by Blipfoto's walkingMarj about a Covid book made by members of the Hexham Photography Group!

I got up at 6 a.m. to be ready to see  the program on Zoom a half hour later. (There's a Bellingham in Yorkshire Northumberland as many of you know; the distance between that Bellingham and Hexham is about 16 miles. The distance between "my" Bellingham, in the northwest corner of the United States, and Hexham is 4,510 miles. Thank goodness for Zoom!)

I was struck by how thoughtfully the group had worked together to create this book, and by Marj's engaging presentation today. Everyone who spoke was clear and concise, which is not always the case at Zoom meetings I've attended here.

Thank you, Marj, for making me feel welcome! It was lovely to hear your voice, as well as to see you in (virtual) person.

 And thanks to everyone for the comments, stars, and hearts on yesterday's blip -- they are much appreciated.
