Paradise Cake
The rain has stopped, for now, but it is still very cold and windy. I was up early to watch the F1 Qualifying from Shanghai, China and then I have spent the morning doing nothing very much.
Today's blip is of a piece of gluten-free Paradise cake. I did not make this; we buy it when we visit the University Centre in Cambridge for lunch. It is full of cherries and fruit as well as coconut and thick chocolate around the outside and on its base. After lunch we usually have a piece for pudding and then buy some to bring home.
