Tasteless

Food has lost it's zing now I've got Covid as I can't taste anything which might have it's up side in that I might  lose some weight possibly? Ever hopeful ....

My goldfinch family have been feeding up for the breeding season and squabbles between themselves and the greenfinch pair for a port at the feeding station prove amusing to watch. They do like the sunflower hearts.

The ducks have started to come back in and Philippe pheasant has a small harem again and they too have returned. Looking into the garden tonight it was like a small zoo nay aviary out there with it being supper time as they were joined by two pairs of magpies, wood pigeons, collared doves, a few stock doves plus the usual small birds. Thank goodness it's sunny and warmer.
