One of my photographic ambitions has been fulfilled today - a cargo dock. I have always been fascinated by the sheer scale of these places. Our ferry was sat here for about an hour before we finally set sail so I had plenty of opportunity to watch the comings and goings.
Anyway, long crossing followed by a long drive meant we arrived at our new house at about 10pm. The estate agent had said he would leave a key in a certain place but we couldn't find it. Luckily our new neighbours came out and said they had it. Its a good job we didn't get there at 2 in the morning!
We put the kettle on,sat down and promptly fell asleep for 4 hours.
