I had my first bike ride since having Covid and it felt rather good and I rode better than I thought I would.

We ended up riding through Rushock near Chaddesley Corbett which has a lovely church which is now the eternal home of a gent that died far too soon living the fast life.

Today was great but not quite as good as the day I met his Mate and fellow muscian.
