After two days of blissful weather, it has reverted to damp, grey, chilliness. Last night's sky was incredibly clear though and we went out at 9.44pm to watch the international Space Station sedately cruise through the cosmos. Incredible. What are they doing up there? How does it feel? Are you ever the same again?

I'm now using my new laptop - good isn't it. Himself has very kindly and very skillfully transferred everything and sorted me out, including finding an app that makes Windows 8 look like Windows 7 - brilliant. Other than that, there has been an almighty noise going on in the field next door. The sheep have arrived (if you remember last year some bad girls arrived early). Well, a mother and her lamb have managed to get into the next field where of course the grass is way greener. The rest of the crew haven't worked out how they did it and are looking on askance, making a huge racket; while the pair nibble away with studied and smug nonchalance.
