Clue In The Name

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Eldest Mini Princess,

The Prince and I went for a gorgeous walk in the Gore Glen (near Gorebridge) today.

Me (musing): “I wonder what this river is called.”

The Prince: “Erm…Probably The Gore, on account of this being The Gore Glen and it running through Gorebridge - as in bridge over the Gore.”

Me: “I’ll admit, it does seem obvious when you say it like that, but really, NO NEED”

I may have said some sweary words as he p1ssed himself laughing!
