Petition

As I was heading down Leith walk with J to go to a pop up shop in Woodland Creatures bar, I came across 3 young people gathering signatures to petition against cruel killing of animals. This wasn't about the ivory trade or shark depletion due to shark fin soup. This was about how we treat animals about to be slaughtered for food. Not being virtuous about the fact I don't eat red meat, a large amount of the population do, but at least the animals should be treated as well as possible in the slaughterhouses, prior to their demise. Undercover cameras revealed animals being beaten, goaded and improperly stunned
