Big decision

We’ve been reorganising our finances a little and have decided to sell the Motorhome (and put the money away) as we’re not going to get much use out of it this year or next and it’s an expensive toy to be sitting in storage.

Mr PHL had done all the research and finally accepted the highest quote from a dealer down in Nottingham who will send a driver up on Monday to collect the van. Feels odd as we got our first caravan 10 years ago and I’ve enjoyed our trips away but I’m sure we’ll regroup and get another mobile home if some kind in a couple of years.

Not quite so sunny today as yesterday but Phin and I had a lovely walk at lunchtime whilst Mr PHL tried to clear some space in the garage for all the equipment we have in the van. He’s made a good start so hopefully we’ll fit it all in.

Tacked the ironing mountain this afternoon and finally cleared it. Phin snoozed in the bedroom chair throughout.
