Fish pie

Sorry for blipping my food but I realised as it came out of the oven that I hadn’t taken any other photos today. Fish pie went down well with enough leftover for lunch tomorrow and to put some in the freezer for another day.

We had a long list of things to do today and managed to get most of them done; emptying the van will need to wait for another day!

After dropping Phin at daycare, we got organised and headed to the big blue and yellow warehouse to pick up some boxes. It would have been rude not to have breakfast and pick up curtains and a rug for the bifold doors plus a few other bits and pieces.

Home to drop the purchases off and headed to the garden centre. Mr PHL had a voucher to spend and it was put to good use (plus some extra) as we bought a new spade, compost, plants and a new toy for Phin.

Nipped home to put the plants in the greenhouse and headed to the storage yard to collect the van. I stopped at the members only warehouse on the way home to stock up on toilet rolls etc before getting home for the 4th time today!

Mr PHL picked Phin up from daycare whilst I prepped the fish pie. Dinner over and I’m chilling on the sofa.
