Roe Deer

I came across three Roe Deer this afternoon when I went for a snow shoe through the woods. This is the first time I’ve seen such big antlers. I also had a close encounter with a Nutcracker ( see extra).

The skiing this morning in Vercorin was fabulous. We did the biggest run, 1000 mètres of descent, four times as well as some other pistes. The pistes were empty which was a surprise considering how good the conditions are. At sunset, we walked up to viewpoint where we had seen some chamois last year and they were there again. We will go back again when there’s more light.
