Secret garden

This morning, while walking Minty, I discovered a new little garden that I didn't know existed. It is part of the neglected estate of the big house (seen in the background) that has been on the market for several years.

It was the spread of still-blooming snowdrops that caught my eye. The trees are a bit unusual too, with no trunk and all their branches leaning in the same direction.

A day of fine hazy weather, which included lunch with pal Christina in The Kitchen Window in Killearn, then a visit from Lulabel in the afternoon.
