Someone’s getting a haircut and is not going to be happy about it.

We had a long debrief meeting today and developed a concrete plan for supporting refugees in Poland, Moldova and Romania. We don’t work in those countries yet - so no legal registration, bank account, staff etc and are going to have to work extremely hard to start something up from scratch (which would normally take months) and get it running in a matter of days.
