Yeh I got a puffin……

……. Or two. 

We had a very successful trip to RSPB Bempton today. 

Before we set off we paid a visit to the bakery in Bridlington where we purchased a couple of their delicious pork pies, I won’t mention the couple of cakes that jumped into our bag, then the lovely lady gave us a free Yorkshire curd tart that didn’t pass their standards test.

On our arrival at Bempton we were greeted by one of the volunteers who kindly showed us where we could see the puffins, dozens of shots later we spotted the razor bill’s canoodling on the cliffs. 

The weather was fabulous and it brought out a lot of people.

We head back to the car stopping to collect a couple of coffees before visiting  the wildlife garden where we see not only sparrows but a moorhen, Chaffinches, great tits, jackdaw, magpie and the usual greedy pigeons..

All in all a wonderful day, Oh and we did pick up Phoebe on our way home.
