Evidence of Spring

Another glorious day, I split my time between a few hours with work and spending time int he garden cleaning the patios and scarifying the lawns.  I had to pop in side on three occasions for Teams meetings but still managed to get a fair amount done.  I even walked up to the local leisure centre to rejoin as I'm missing my swimming and know I need to do more exercise.

Tonight in the shower I noticed the white band on my left wrist from wearing my watch in the sunshine.  Certainly a good day.
