The Bents

Lovely lazy, chilled day today which was just what I needed.

A nice long lie in bed this morning and then a nice afternoon spent with bruv/sis-in-law and nephews 1&2 at Longniddry foreshore.

It was positively balmy and we had a wonderful time skimming stones and having a good blether.
