The lookout tree (part 2)

Another chiiled day, I guess that's what the weekend is all about.

Woke up to rain and gale force winds - where did they come from? Hardly a breath yesterday. We certainly picked the right day to go the the beach.

The usual household tasks followed, 3 loads of washing, cleaning, supermarket shopping etc. Dull dull dull.

Decided to take Bailey along to Gypsy Brae for a walk in the wind where I took this pic of my favourite tree. This was it back a couple of months ago - lookout tree from the other direction.
Still no leaves on it yet which just shows you how cold and long this winter has been.

I wonder what this coming week will bring? Hopefully something new and exciting as I feel i'm just plodding along under autopilot with nothing to look forward to at the moment.

There must be more to life than this!?!
