Friday: Rideau Falls

I worked at home today for the first time since we’ve been here.  It felt really productive - perhaps due to the ridiculously large desk/dining table we’ve had provided.  

We went for a walk at lunchtime and K showed me the Rideau Falls which she discovered a few days ago.  The river was quite high, probably due to snowmelt, and the water was thundering through the dam.  Just as exciting was K’s discovery of ‘Tavern On The Green’, right next door.  It’s not open for the season yet but we’ll be sure to be waiting on the doorstep when it does open.
