Scillyflowers

In the post this morning I received a lovely box of narcissi from the Isles of Scilly sent by my daughter for Mothers Day. There are enough for two vases and they smell lovely. Over the years we have ordered these many times for ourselves and others so she knows I love them!
I also have cards ready to open tomorrow from both our children!

Another lovely day so after a nice brunch at a local restaurant with daughter and family I did some more gardening. Sorting out all my pots ready for washing and also checking I had grey paint for a bench, a gate and some old chimney pots which need redoing asap. Plus adding more soil and compost to my raised planters.
