Haydon Bridge

A view of the old bridge from the modern one.
The River South Tyne runs through Haydon Bridge, sometimes literally when the river is in flood. Levels are low after many dry days. The quantity of shingle deposited in the river can be a cause of flooding. I thought it looked lovely today.
