Sunday: Wooden

Temperature plummeted down to -12 today so heading out for a walk took some wrapping up.  There was also an incredibly bracing wind so our excursions were fairly limited.

We started the day with a lovely catch-up with my aunt and uncle.  It’s always such a treat to chat with them.  We then went for aforementioned walk, doing a circuit of the Governor-General’s residence which is fairly near us.  There are definitely some older buildings around us including some wooden churches.

Given the weather, a day in the warm was the order of the day.

And, this evening, we had some fairly significant snowfall so everything is blanketed in white again.  Can I just point out it’s April next week?!
