How to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

The original photo was too cluttered and not up to much so I cropped and cropped and kept upping the contrast. In the end, mono seemed best. I was lucky with the reflection, I had no idea at the time. It pays to be lucky.
    I went out of my way to talk to others in the waiting room today.  I talked to a quiet chap who seldom says anything. I even socialised after my treatment. They seem to like me. It was really good.                                  RT9
