So yesterday's climbing was enroute to my delayed twice 50th birthday present from my best pal. De la Soul at Rock City.
Lovely day climbing, couple of quick beers and home cooked meal, ready to call a cab.... Gig cancelled for the third time 40mins before doors.... Some things would appear not to be intended. I'm now the recipient of a very nice scotch lol.

A long drive back today, Millom was cancelled, so lunch with Mrs IttH who had taken Missy to visit new doggie sitters (went very well) and then coffee with FWG and guiding friends.
All lovely, but meant I was late getting materials together for Wellness Walks' first official Hill Skills course which starts tomorrow.
