This will amuse some of you...
In the bored days of covid I booked my Open Water Lifeguard course. Of course it cancelled, but I didn't want to see a fellow instructor out of pocket, so I took a credit note. And now it's a little over a month away and I'm realising its quite a big deal.

So back in the pool today... Somewhat flabbergasted to see on my fitness app its been 3 years and two weeks since my last pool swim.
1500m, touched the sides, stopped a couple of times and slow. But a start. 5 weeks to go....
