Heart

Today was another great day :-) the weather was lovely and we celebrated my baby cousins first birthday!! I cannot believe it has been a year already and he has grown so much and developed such a unique and funny personality :-)

I saw my favourite necklace hanging from the stand when I came home, and I thought of how much love I felt today, surrounded by friends and family all getting together for little Declan. He has such an amazing support group of people who will always look out for him and be there for him.
