Rainy-day Sky

My blip today is a photo taken this morning through the very wet glass of our lounge-room windows. We had lots of rain last night, with thunder, lightning and strong winds. Although we lost some sleep, we stayed safe and dry. Others, not far away, were less fortunate.

Our average rainfall for the month of March is 200 mm. Last night, we got 200 mm in just 6 hours! 

To much relief, the rain cleared this afternoon. The extra is the same view, 8 hours later.
