Roe Deer

I met up with a couple of friends this morning and we walked a six mile circuit.Surprisingly the sun came out and layers were removed. We searched in vane for Cirl buntings, saw several male pheasants, the retreating of a hare and three roe deer after one friend had walked back to her car by a different route. I was rather chuffed to see the deer as I knew they were around so this is my entry today for Wild Wednesday, Another shorter walk with my husband this afternoon and it is just beginning to rain.
Duncan removed 18 log rolls yesterday and is now lifting the very heavy tall ones onto his wheelbarrow. You can see the damage in extras.
