Flowers, Dogs & Sunshine

Sunday, sunny and calm.

First thing this morning I went for a row with Epic, once again we nearly had two full crews but in the end one short again so the wooden gig went with five rowers. I enjoyed it, an hours good exercise with friends.
Home, showered and a walk with Mrs S and Sam to the Princess Pavilion for the flower show. We didn’t see many of the flowers as we didn’t venture indoors but we did each collect our free Sunflower seeds in a pot, these were labelled when we got home, I feel a competition coming on.
A walk home along the sea front, Mrs S headed off for her Sunday Swim and I prepared the Sunday roast.
Nice long chat with Joshua in the evening.
