A grand morning out

It was for shopping really. A further three months supply of powder for making our breakfast Yoghurt from Lakeland. Then to Ambleside for some walking trousers for Mrs. K. Coffee at the Apple Pie eating house for old times sake. Also bought a new non stick frying pan made from recycled and recyclable materials. Handlemade from recycled plastic bags. Non stick is non toxic ceramic and made using 88% less CO2 emissions. Made in Italy, not China.

Then on the way home a diversion to the wonderful Holehird Gardens run by the Lakeland Horticultural Society.

The blip photo was taken on the way from the car passenger window whilst travelling at 30 m.p.h. 

All the extras were taken at Holehird Gardens. The first is a Hippeastrum. Then a wonderful sight for those who like daffodils. And finally a couple with the Lakeland fells in thedistance.
